07/09/20 - Sent newsletter to vendor
* * * * * * * No comms from vendor/agent from this date
26/09/19 - Mary (vendor) said, "my ex will buy me out. We used Jeremy Moss from One Agency for advise and valuation and he was fabulous"
05/07/19 - Agent Andrew emailed, "Wanting buyout figure mainly for husband to buy out. If no agreement is made will sell"
28/06/19 - Andrew Reeeves and Michael Coco accepted the referral
