30/07/2019 - James: Just got onto Blessing again. We have had some good conversations and he has finally sent me the tenants details, hoping to get though with the tenants within the week for an appraisal. Will update you then.
25/07/23019 - Emailed James & Jason re update / vendor had not acknowledged speaking with Scott
Jason: Talked to him at length but not really selling in the shorter term and therefore didn't have a need for an appraisal given the tenancy in place. I would only get to appraise if he came down from Sydney
