Emailed agent re appraisal / contact - Warren from our office contacted Richard last week, but Richard said he had remembered who he had purchased the property through and had already arranged for the other agent to come see him.
*** John Stringer declined after I had already emailed report to vendor - he accepted verbally when I spoke with prior to sending C2R
