19/07/2019 - Confirmed he has listing - online early August with Auction date for early September - has arranged window cleaners, furniture stylist etc - may be delayed a week off ETA as vendor needs to do some work also.
2/07/2019 - Jim: Mark, all agents have been in touch, will be meeting them through the week. Will get back to you with progress.
27/06/2019 - Ben: Booked appraisal for next Wednesday 10:30am
