15/07/2019 - Daniel: I have been in contact with the vendors however they are likely to hold onto the property for now and look for a more suitable market.
Paulette: we have appraised it and I have provided all the appropriate information however when I followed him up, he said that he is yet to make a decision.
Michael: Said vendor not likely to move forward - is thinking about current market and what he needs to get
