1/07/2019 - John: I have made contact with Peter who has indicated that he is still discussing the possibilities of selling with his wife and if they make the decision to proceed it will be not be before spring or heading into summer. Based on his comments I am of the opinion that he had spoken to other agents, but mainly in relation to what they charge with regard to selling fee/advertising, so that he could take it into consideration when making the decisions to retain or sell. In my opinion he is reasonably focused on the lowest fee which does not always make it a preferable option, but when I gave him an estimate on the basis that I would need to discuss it further once I had the opportunity to inspect the property and confirm his expectations he did seem reasonably positive.He has indicated that he will contact me when they are getting close to going to the market if they decide to sell, and naturally I will look to keep in touch with him.
