25/07/2019 - Emailed agents for update
Ian: I have followed Maria up and she said based on the recent sales in the area she will sit for the moment and have look at the situation in 12 month time.
Michael: Meeting went well but upon follow up they said to me they have decided to re look at possibly selling next year. They have a daughters wedding coming up apparently.
5/07/2019 - Maria / vendor: Yes, Micheal from McGrath has been around and Ian Cuneo from Ray White gave us some great comps. Place gave us a call too.
3/07/2019 - Michael: Appraisal completed at 1.30pm today and seemed to go well. They have a daughters wedding coming up but I am sure I will find out soon if they wish to proceed with me.
2/07/2019 - Michael: Called and going through tomm 1.30
Ian: I called maria again and got her.
We have agreed for me to create some recent sales information and i will drop it off on wednesday early evening for them to have a look at.
My objective will be to get infront of them both in the next week.
