20/08/2019 - James: We have got the verbal that we are getting this one.
As previously discussed they are in a very sad situation with a sick daughter so we have really trimmed the fee to help them out as much as we can. $5500 inc GST I hope you are Ok with this.
14/08/2019 - emailed agents for update
15/07/2019 - Emailed Travis re appraisal - Hello mark - I went out and appraised the property a little bit under what they were expecting the property was worth. I?ve got them talking to a broker and will touch base with them the end of next week. I?ll keep you in the loop. Trav.
5/07/2019 - James: I met with Sean this morning, really sad situation only selling due to a very sick daughter and the treatments hurting them financially. Really nice guy and I'm sympathetic to his situation. Property worth between $475k -$500(max). needs some love bust sounds like he will do it. quoted $7500 fixed fee to help him as much as I can.
