30/07: Milton texted, he tried calling.. Vendor never returns call.
11/04/19: Milton Player texted, he has sent the vendor a follow-up
26/07: Spoke with the owners, they're going to list towards teh end of the year
24/05: Chris emailed, owners wanting to say there for a couple more months.
06/02: Chris emailed, the vendor is happy to proceed w/ the sale using him (Chris). Will let us know when it's all signed.
30/01: Rachel emailed, all agents have contacted her
