08/08/19 - Spoke to agent Simon, suggessted that the client rents it for a while not a market to sell, he suggested it wont pick up in a year but to keep in touch
25/07/19 - Andrew (vendor) emailed, "There has been a change of plans, and I am now renting the property. I did use one of the agents that you recommend Simon Mills, very helpful and it was him that recommend that I rent it until the market improves."
