1/04/2020 - Jordan: They have decided not to proceed with anything at this stage.
They were looking to buy however looking at the possibility to build as they could not find their perfect home.

8/11/2019 - Jordan: I did speak with them last week, they have said that they have not had any luck with finding a place for the right price.
They've put an offer on a couple of properties but haven't secured anything yet.
They are considering buying land and building - but not fixed on that just yet.

25/07/2019 - Emailed Jordan for update: They are looking at selling once they find a property that they like and can pursue on a Subject to Sale offer.
I will continue to follow up.
24/07/2019 - emailed Chris & Jai re appraisal / Jordan was already booked, previously confirmed - Sally replied: We phone, text and emailed Jessica but have not received any response.
9/07/2019 - Jordan: Appraisal booked for 2pm today.
