13/8/21 Gavin was querying the referral fee as its two years and he worked very hard to get this one said client could not remember us negotiated to adjust the invoice to 10% referral fee he was very happy with that. vf
28/02/20 - Emailed vendor to see if looking at selling, no response
12/10/19 - Agent Gavin emailed, "I finally got a hold of them. They won't be selling until early next year now"
19/07/19 - Agent Gavin messaged, "She wants to book in an appraisal for three weeks time when it's closer to completion"
12/07/19 - Agent Christine said, vendor decided not to sell at the moment
