13/08/2019 - Kaine: Have appraised both apartments and followed up the owner twice. Last time I spoke to him he hadn’t had time to go through my proposal. That was last week, will be following him up mid-week again.
Clare: I have sent off listing documents and will be following up with Michael again on Thursday.
