23/ 1SPOKE TO CHARI MADE NO MONEY ON THIS ONE TO APPEASE THE VENDOR AND FOR THE REPUTATION OF BP THEY HAD TO PAY VENDOR $10K TO MAKE UP FOR A MISTAKE IN THE CONTRACT OF SALE, THE CONTRACT OF SALE ACCEPTED AT $330K BUT SOLICITORS PUT DOWN $325K CHARI HAD TO MAKE UP FOR MISTAKE
11/12 - Chari and Aysha replied "Unfortunately we had a problem with the contract sale price, and for that reason our office had to cough up $10,000 dollars."
