We greatly appreciate it. The reserve price one of the agents is willing to strike a sale on is impressive. However, we are still waiting on word back in regards to potential buyer. We are cocooned away from all the hustle and bustle here but so centrally located to all. We will certainly keep you posted about progress of the sale.
