19/07/2019: Glen: I did hear from both Matt and Bec (by phone). I advised that I wanted to appoint an agent this week end and asked for there appraisal - marketing plan ASAP (this week). Both where polite on the phone I did explain that there was plenty of photos on the net and that the keys where in Melbourne. Drive by was an available.I have not received anything further so far.
