3/03/2020 - Matrhew Dominic contacted me on 14/2/2020 for updated appraisal which I emailed through. I spoke to him again today and he said that he is close to an agreement with his ex- partner. I got the feeling that it’s unlikely for the property to be sold and more so wanted the appraisal for negotiation purposes

11/10/2019 - Monique: Ryan was overseas and nominated myself to represent our reply to this email referral. I have contacted the vendor on at least 3 occasions and in the first instance, he advised that he had already contacted a couple of agents for a ‘family’ appraisal, but that they were not ‘selling’ the home at this stage.
I shall follow up again in due course to ascertain his current situation and status.
