31./07/2019 - Luke: I spoke with Margaret at length the afternoon you originally got in contact with me.
We discussed the conditions here in Gladstone and it seemed as though she thought holding out for growth was the best option moving forward.
She was going to discuss the prospect of selling with the other share holders and get back in touch with me if anything changed.
30/07/23019 - Emailed Luke re contact / appraisal?
19/07/2019 - Margaret: Please release my details to Luke Watts. I note he has sold several properties in West Gladstone.
I also had a look on the internet and it appears he is very conscientious and enjoys his vocation.
