22/08/2019 - Emailed Jason re appraisal / update
6/08/2019 - Jason: Going out to do the appraisal Thursday.
Paul: I have just spoken to Bruce who mentioned that another agent has made plans to inspect the property through his managing agent in Sydney. The big issue that Bruce is going to come up with is that he bought a unit for $335k that was only really worth around $300,000 under the NDIS scheme and the property is getting a reduced rent of $255pw (market rent is $380pw) but he is tied in to the NDIS scheme and the lower rental return. He is happy for the current agent he spoke too to inspect the unit. I told him I would keep in touch
6/08/2019 - Emailed both agents re appraisal
25/07/2019 - Bruce confirmed agent contact
