07/08/2019 - Gerry: I have left a couple of messages for Cleo, but no calls back. She does also have a personal friend in Real Estate here in Adelaide.
30/07/2019 - Emailed agents re contact / appraisals
Gerry called: Advised vendor had indicated no decision but was speaking with a friend who know a recommended agent
Stefan: she asked for fees then told me it is all on hold at the moment. Time will tell! She was quite rude with me, wouldn't meet in person just asked what our fee was over the phone then rushed off
Fadi: Sorry mate. She said she already had someone. Not me this time.
