11/05/20 - Spoke to vendor, not selling - moved into another place & her daughter & husband are living in this place. Will email her and if she needs anything down the track will come back to me. Very nice lady.
24/05/18 - Andrea (vendor) emailed, "We have decided to leave things for now. We did get the agents in to give us an appraisal and chat about things, but in the end, we decided we aren’t quite ready to sell."
