11/10 not selling now keeping rented to cb in March has lease for 6 months - Paul
I completed the appraisal for Paul at 29 Ness St West Mackay but found issues with the shed/granny flat that was being rented out to a tenant but was not approved at Council as a dwelling, it was still recognized as a shed. I told Paul that he would need to sell as a shed, not as dual living, which would then reduce the price further which I think disappointed him further.
I haven’t heard back from him as yet as I think he was going to do some research at Council, but I will certainly keep you informed if I list.
Robyn Faa made contact Ben hasnt but client is not fussed to use him
