JACK - MAY 22 - Spoke to Graham – they have served notice to the tenants and won’t be appointing anyone until the tenants vacate. He wanted a proposal with fees etc but I’ve bought some time and suggested we go through it all face-to-face when the tenants vacate.

Jonathon spoke & sent him a video of an auction he did on a front townhouse. Impressed Graham. He liked Jonathons higher average. 

Maybe like to talk to Jack closer to the time. Thinks he mayhave spoken to him 4 years ago when he was a newbe.
