8/10/2019 - Wendy: No price for now. However Paul the owner thinks it’s worth $900k and I really don’t think it’s going to sell for anything near that at all. Paul told me he is prepared to wait 12 months if he has too.... It’s going to be a hard sale !!! I’ll keep you posted if any success. Already met a few buyers who said that kind of price is ridiculous for Springfield lakes. And house has no pool....
