9/09/2019 - Emailed David & Christopher re appraisal - Atul had been cancelled / vendor said they re not selling
David: I met with Lisa a few weeks back. I believe that her tenant has moved ahead directly with Lisa to purchaser the property.

9/08/2019 - Vendor to Atul (agent) : My family and I have had a discussion tonight in regards to our mothers property ( 2/104 Wigram St, Harris Park ). We have all come to an agreement that we are not going to sell the property at the moment. Thank you for all your assistance and I wanted to let you know I won’t be meeting with you tomorrow.
