14/10 - Sales has fallen over as per Justin's email. Brought back to Sales Progress
2/10?2019 - Justin: We have an agreed sale on 10 Park avenue at $350,000.
It is still subject to build and pest inspections and finance.

19/08/2019 - Linda: have appraised the property, Gabrielle is away and will be making a decision over the next day or so.
19/08/2019 - Emailed Linda re appraisal / Justin was booked previously
