2/03/2022 - Stephen: Jamie has sold this property to his ex wife & she lives in this property. I am no longer in contact with Jamie.
1/09/2021 - Stephen: Jamie's partner moved into this home once they separated. It might come up for sale in the next year or so.
5/05/2020 - Stephen: Confirmed vendor has withdrawn and moved into property to live / they knocked back 3 x offers within 10K of advertised price but they rejected as they had lost money oin another property they sold and were trying to recoup their money
17/03/2020 - Stephen: has interest but roof is an issue - offers @ $490 but they want guarantees on roof being completed
26/11/2019 - Stephen: We have adjusted the price to a level that should now get us some traction towards a sale.
The owners previously were keen to stick to a higher price which just wasn’t working for buyers. I’ll be in touch again soon.
