05/07/2018 Spoke to vendor who mentioned that all agents have been in contact, however he would like more agents from outside the area who have the following characteristics his current agent doesn't have: Communication, drive and determination. Vendor is looking to sell to maybe a retired farmer, or younger couple with kids. I noted Nat would be in contact with him via email and send across an updated list of agents for him to review. There is also another address the vendor is looking to sell come Aug/Sep: 23 John Allen Road, Kyabram he would like us to make note of.
