20/06/19: Agent Colin emailed, "The purpose is signing an agency agreement is to confirm we can show buyers , states the asking price and the amount of the commission should the property be sold .We are not asking you to spend or pay any marketing cost and we can agree to a short period of time like one month. office has sold several duplexes recently and marketing several others and have buyers we are in contact from this sales . We can help you , please feel free to call if you like to discuss thanks"
20/06/19: AGent Colin emailed, "I spoke to Tallal again today and nothing has changed said we can show people but will not sign an agency . office has sold a number of duplexes recently and have buyers that may be interested. But we can not and will not be doing anything without written instructions . I do not intend calling him again thanks"
28/05/19: Spoke to Colin, will call tallal tomorrow - said market improved a little in last 6 - 8 weeks with 21 duplex sold but price is more likely $1350k in stead of the $1.6m he orig wanted. Now Tallal said ok with $1.4m so colin will call him tomorrow.

I have explained we need a signed agency and contract of sale . He said he would talk to his solicitor . I will not work on this unless it is properly listed thanks "
