- JEMMA - Apr 22 - Yes! Saw her last week. She's not looking to do anything until her son buys and I've provided him details for a great mortgage broker 🙂

SHONA - APR 22 - Yes I have appraised the property and sent her an Appraisal Report. I don't think she will be doing anything in the near future. I will keep you posted if I get any news. Shona Smart  

helen spoke & met with agents - appraised .both noted to paint etc before selling - also will look for retirement place first - most likely using LJH but may be a while before listing
