Adam: It’s definitely sold to those developers as the child care was approved. He sold it privately.
4/05/2022 - Adam AD: he has received an offer from a developer for his and the neighbours to put a child care - he has taken the offer but its subject to them being allowed to it so his tied in with them for up to a year while they try with council. he would reveal how much.
