8/2 GRAEME AGRED TO 10% ON THIS TOOK AGES DID A LOT OF WORK WE DIDNT KEEP IN TOUCH .VF 
Followed up will be paying us for the Wakefield property fair lead, with Trevor richie does not agree it should be a full fee as it took over two years etc 50%, wont pay for the Burra one as he knew the people existing relationship and also existing for Mark Menadue he konws them for years to verify with client, moving forward will only take on ones that are not on his ctc lists
