CALLUM: Fyi Natalie, I hope you are keeping well? She's currently adverting at $490,000 (madness) which is $40,000 above where I had it listed, and $100,000 - $120,000 above where the real advertised price should be. I'll let you know if I get it back at any point at some semblance of a realistic listing price, but doubt it. Cheers Callum

Hi Natalie,
I can confirm I have spoken with the seller David & will be going to site & submitting proposal to him on Wednesday.
He will then speak with the beneficiaries & make a decision on an agent.
Will keep you updated, thanks again for the lead I appreciate it.

Not on the market yet, but have been keeping in touch with her, Annaliese is the actual owner of this apartment. Sounds like the wedding was near to happening (see attached email thread) and guessing they will be having a honeymoon so have left it, and will touch base with them later this month. Although, putting it on so near xmas will be a bad idea so will advise to do in mid Jan if they still want to go to market.
I’ll let you know as soon as I have a decision from them.
