**15/11/2019- not selling yet as the unit is cash flow positive, spoken to agents not sure what he is doing at moment
20/9 Lance spoke to owner yesterday, still needs more info from him he was a bit vague as to what he wants to do.
The owner was to provide me further financial information regarding the future lease details, as he was unsure what was going to happen once the management expires. -Graham Carter 20/9
