13/0/9/2019 - We are delighted to say the property at 14 Rourke Street, Mudgeeraba is now under offer after 10 days on line. We had over 44 enquiries and 24 buyers through the first open home on Saturday. Our sellers accepted an offer $17,000 above asking price on Wednesday evening once we worked hard to follow up interest and 5 buyers submitted an offer to purchase. The property is under offer at $606,000. I will confirm once we are unconditional – it’s a 30 day settlement.
