Shaun: Yes I contacted Kelly the same day, viewed the land the following day and provided her with some guidance and an appraisal.

I’ll chase her up this week but I don’t hold out much chance, as the land was for sale last year for a very long time and massively over-priced.So I can’t see the sellers accepting its market value at this stage.
Steve Wilcox: I spoke to her on the day and she said she was busy working and said she would touch base later but did not seem that motivated. . I will follow her up again
