Spoke to Lynne at Ray White who advised that the market is very slow and vendors are unrealistic going to the market. Called Ramil to discuss. He brought for $300000 and was hoping for at least $3250000. He had spoken to another who gave the same advise. Decided to hold off until the New Year. Advised that I will follow up
