We still want to sell but are trying to hang on a bit longer in the hope values will start moving up.
28/11/2019 - Creagh: .The owners of the unit have decided against selling and plan to rent the property out for a year and look at selling sometime in 2021. I will keep in touch with the owners and keep you informed.

Lindsay: I have been in contact with Wayne on multiple occasions but I believe he is not going to bring his apartment to the market at all.
24/09/2019 - Wayne / vendor: All good, in my opinion the top two were Creagh and Lindsay. We are just waiting on our accountant to advise us which is the best way to handle this as we are going to make a loss unfortunately.

30/08/2019 - Ryan: I’ve appraised Wayne’s apartment, I recon hell get around $200k for it. After a follow up call today he says he will be speaking to his accountant next week about the best way to handle the shortfall.Ill give you another update after I speak to him next week.
28/08/2019 - Emailed Creagh & Lindsay re appraisals / Ryan had previously confirmed
Lindsay: I have been in touch with Wayne on a number of occasions and he seemed impressed with everything I have given him.
He did say he needs to discuss it further with his wife and will get back to me.
Creagh: I have seen the seller and also given him an appraisal. Wayne said he will get back to me next week.
