24/09/2019 - Tim: I spoke to Rosemary Bongetti regarding land in Noojee yesterday. I need to see if I can identify land. She hasn't been there for over 2 years and it was only accessible by walking in. It will be interesting.
I'll let you know when I've attempted the inspection.
20/09/2019 - They have been in touch and I don't seem to have proposals yet.

6/09/2019 - Carmen: I have spoke with Rosie, she seems reluctant to come out to the property and help explain, access and boundaries. I have referred this onto Tim Gilmore who works for me as he has more time at the moment and he will work with Rosie to hopefully get a good outcome. I did suggest clearing the block is possible because if it was cleared it could possibility be worth $100,000, as is less than $50,000.
