22/08/19 - Spoke with Tyson/vendor, met with Andrew. Tyson noted he left msg for David of JC a couple of min before WREA spoke, David did not come abck to him, Msg was because he worked with him in a previous job and go to the gym together. RTEdger spoken another office as buying another prop. Venodr is mum in law, but wife & tyson given keys to sell & use proceeds. Likes Andrew. Noted not sure where that puts WREA in regards to a referral fee.
20/08/19 - Spoke to agent Andrew, happy to accept referrals - checked and they managed this one before as a rental until the daughter moved in. Vendor is not Tyson it is Royko not? Tyson may the the son in law. He will look into and speak to tyson. Last contact of Agent to vendor was in April as not property manager anymore. Andrew will coem abck to me.
