Daniel: They are still organizing the legal side I believe. I last spoke to them approximately 3 weeks ago. I?m due to give them a follow up
Scott: I never managed to get through the property. They wanted me to conduct the appraisal on a Saturday which didn’t suit due to other commitments. I got the impression that they were going to see a number of agents on the same day. They do not live locally and were coming over especially to meet.

Danny: I caught up with Tracey on Friday. She still has some work to do on the property and is organizing probate. I will let you know how things proceed
