4/11/2019 - Texted vendor re decision / land cleared? -No not selling thanks

8/10/2019 - Emailed Adele for update: I have spoken with Jan and she advised that they have not made a decision on selling at this stage but will be in touch if they decide to proceed.
Will let you know if they come back to me.
2/09/2019 - Adele: I have provided an appraisal and suggested they get the block slashed. I left a message last week as a follow up call but have heard nothing back as yet.
Will be in touch with them this week if I don’t get a call back.
26/08/2019 - Jan/vendor: All good We are getting a quote to clear the land
