24/02/20: Vendor advised, Kiki (property owner) is concerned to put the property on the market before her one year there.
Incase it might arouse negativity in new buyers.
On a positive note both agents have kept in touch and have notified her of any new properties on the market that meet her requirements.
18/09/19: Agent James emailed, "The vendor, Ronda’s friend, is not ready to go to market yet FYI. She may look at selling next year. Apparently the stairs are an issue so it sounds like something will happen in the not too distant future."
09/09/19: Vendor replied, both agents have and Lee has also brought a prospective buyer over.
No contact has been signed as yet with either agent.
02/09/19: Agent Lee advised, the owner is probably going to lose money on it so they need to work out what they are doing.
24/08/19: Agents Lee and James accepted the referral
