26/04: Joseph emailed, The owner of the property told me he would be in Wandoan to inspect his property on Saturday the 21st. I told him as I live only 3 doors from his property please call me when he arrived and I would meet him at his property. I have not heard from him since.
26/04: Vendor avised due the market prices dropping agents advised not to sell and hold onto it for 12 months.
19/04: Vendor confirmed the agents have made contact
19/04/18: Jon noted that he had been speaking to the vendor over the past few years. He has passed onto David who should be coming back to me. Jon will chase him up. Checking if they had already listed or appraised before I spoke to him.
