Unfortunately, the sale fell over at the 11th hour with the bank refusing finance to Purchaser. They are seeking an urgent review of decision through their broker. We will be issuing notice to terminate which will give Purchaser 10 days to rectify default otherwise contract is void. We are going to have to go back to the market & find another buyer. The settlement was supposed to be last Monday - we are all disappointed. Regards, Vincent Davies
