8/04/2020 - Brent: I haven't got onto Gabrielle and to be honest I am not going to chase her anymore until she is serious on listing the property!.. The block will be very hard to sell as you can't build on it!.. Usually I get very enthusiastic about the potential of a new listing but I can see this will consume a lot of time.. And given the vendor does not sound very motivated to sell it I am not going to waste my time...

13/11/2019 - Requested update from Brent/agent: I have not received the Authority back from the owner as yet so unable to place it on the net. I did email it to her and then she requested for me to mail it by post, but hasn’t sent it back.
11/09/2019 - Brent: I have been to the property and appraised it and have also spoken to Gabrielle.. The property is going to be listed for sale at $75,000 and I am waiting for Gabrielle to return the paperwork.. The property may be a hard one to sell as you can not build on it due to the inundation overlay..
11/09/2019 - Emailed Brent re contact / appraisal - I am currently on leave and will return to work on Monday 23rd September 2019.
