13/6/25 The adjoining unit was purchased by the WA Housing Authority. According to Dane they have expressed interest in buying another unit in the complex. Promising.

leased until 7th September 2025Bernard called in current lease runs out 7th September 2025, rented at 400per week, will sell if he can get 450k 2/8 next door sold for 445k in February thru Harcourts.
