09/09/2019 From Vicki Fradelakis Comment: spoke to owner Trevor was impressed with Luke Rissman but due to market conditions will keep property as is for now tenants have tenancy until next March, will boot them out and air bnb for another 12 months - 18 and will look at it after that. 02/09/2019 From Luke Rissman Thanks again. Spoken with Trevor. We are sending across an appraisal for him to consider this morning. Probably more in the $450k range as the most recent sale was a floor below at $420k. I'll be in touch following him coming back to me.
