24/9 Spoke to Miriam she was happy with the two agents I referred but has not made a decision, she said she was going to speak to her solicitor and get advice from him on which agent to chose, she also said she was waiting from someone to come back from overseas first and when I asked her if she was going to sell with the neighbour to attract developer she said she wasnt sure did not want to stress the neighbour. Sounded like she was a few weeks off. (Also sounded like she may have spoken to one more ?)
