6/09/2021 - Frank replied to auto Fu email: Has another agent (Oliver) plans are in with council for approval for townhouses. This agent will be selling agent, ours failed to sell previously. Not interested in further help from us. Referrals are now invalid also.

30/10/2019 - Frank/vendor: Advised they have an offer via another agent but need to repair roof. If it falls through we may be back on again.
